Councillor Emily Kerr and Robin Tucker, chair of the Coalition for Healthy Streets and Active Travel (CoHSAT) in Oxfordshire share a detailed look at the vision, opportunities and challenges in Oxford - which is undertaking a significant programme of positive measures to support walking wheeling cycling thanks to bold cross-party support.

The city's goals are

- To cut 25% of car trips by 2030 and 50% by 2040
- Get to Net Zero transport by 2040
- Implement Vision Zero by 2050
