19:23 Isabelle Clement from Wheels for Wellbeing talks about Equitable Streets for Disabled People, highlighting the joys and barriers to cycling when you have a disability or use a non-standard bicycle.
Of many important messages in the talk: Cycling is often the easiest mode of transport but "As with everything else in my life, my cycling is controlled by people who don't have a disability. Until such time as people with disabilities gain positions of power (to influence infrastructure, financial support, etc), this will ever change."
She says disabled people will come up with the best answers to aligning street and path design for disabled people to travel; others need to wait for them to speak.
